Soccer

SoccerSoccer is considered the world's most popular sport around the world. In addition to offering traditional soccer, Special Olympics offers individual skills competition to allow athletes to train and compete in basic soccer skills. The development of these key skills is

                    necessary prior to advancing to 5v5 or 11v11 team competition. These skills include

                    dribbling, shooting and run and kick.

Training is offered at the following sites in Allegheny County:

Allegheny Valley School - Pittsburgh Campus**
Allegheny Valley School - Patricia Hillman Miller Campus**
Allegheny Valley School - Group Homes**

Mon Valley Special Steelers - Mon Valley Secondary School
North Star Specials - North Allegheny Intermediate School
Olympic Flames - McKnight Elementary
Pathfinder Pros - Pathfinder School

South Hills All Stars - Harrison Junior High School (Whitehall)

**This site only accepts athletes who either attend the school or live at the site.
