Aquatics
A wide variety of events are based on different strokes and offers opportunities for lower ability level athletes to train and compete in basic aquatics skills and development of these skills is necessary to advance to longer competitions. Aquatics offer meaningful
competition for athletes of all ability levels: 10 meter assisted swim, 15 meter floatation
race, 25 meter freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly are a few examples.
